Yesterday, my favorite cable television channel, SciFi, rebranded to the new title, SyFy. While the replacement of vowels seems reminiscent of how fifth-grade girls learn to rebrand their own names, SyFy has certainly made up for it in their programming schedule.
Yesterday it was Highlander, followed by Bladerunner – I do not think afternoon television can get better than that.
Today it’s an all-day marathon of Ghost Hunters: International. I went home on my lunch break today and almost didn’t return to work.
I just hope that even with a lazy stripper name, SyFy will continue to bring me my favorite programming.
